Supplyfy

Supplyfy emerged to address the shortcomings in supply chain finance by recognizing the diverse needs of businesses engaged in goods shipment. The design team conducted thorough market research to create a versatile platform. Collaborative efforts ensured the creation of a robust and user-friendly solution with real-time tracking. Supplyfy was launched as an addition to other supply chain finance products and can be sold stand alone or in a package deal. The outcomes was an enhanced operational efficiency dor our customers,  more market penetration, and the establishment of Supplyfy as a new solution for businesses of all sizes in the supply chain ecosystem

Problem:
Supplyfy identified a critical challenge in the supply chain finance landscape - a lack of comprehensive solutions for goods shipment financing. Traditional finance models often fell short in addressing the diverse needs of businesses involved in the complex web of global logistics. The need for a streamlined and versatile supply chain finance product became evident to bridge gaps in funding, reduce operational bottlenecks, and foster collaboration across the supply chain.

Role & Responsibility:
As Chapter lead, my responsibilities included:

  • Managing research capacity to conduct market research to understand the diverse requirements of businesses involved in goods shipment and supply chain finance
  • Alignment with software vendor to build a robust and user-friendly platform
  • Ensured an intuitive interface for users from various backgrounds, simplifying the complex financial processes involved.

  • Managing UX capacity both for research as for interaction design
  • Later took over the interaction design role myself
  • Rebranding to ING branding
  • Collaboration with software vendor
  • Enhanced the responsive views for the application

In conclusion:

  • Supplyfy's product design not only addressed the initial problem of goods shipment financing but went beyond, offering an award winning holistic approach to supply-chain finance. The collaborative efforts of the multidisciplinary team resulted in a successful and transformative product that continues to shape the landscape of supply chain financing.
